So now its my turn to post :) I'm so proud of Mckay for being pro-active and initiating the first post while i got some much needed sleep time. I think he planned it because he knew he would never get away with putting espn stuff on our blog unless I was nearly unconscious. It's fine though, I can give up having a girly blog if it means my hubby will participate! I think we picked a bad time to start our blog, currently our lives consist of school, work, homework, and some of the highly addictive series on Fall tv (watch Chuck Mondays @7 on NBC!). But I'm afraid our lives aren't too exciting right now. As for a Rytting family update: Me and Mckay are both full time students at BYU. I have finally found my calling at BYU as a Humanities major and i LOVE it! (it only took me 4 years to find out) So after this semester i will have 9 classes left. Mckay is majoring in Chemical Engineering and has lately applied for some internships, we haven't heard anything yet so keep your fingers crossed! We are excited for all the possibilities and opportunities in our future. So our schooling keeps us pretty occupied.

This weekend has been particularly wonderful...Friday night consisted of a Philosophy test (scary!) and an unanticipated bed time of 9:30. Saturday we had the opportunity to go through the temple with my cousin who was going through for the first time. He will be leaving on his mission to Everett, Washington mid November. Even though we had to be in the chapel at 8:30 am it was such a blessing for us to be there and to show our support and love for Jordan. After the temple we rushed to the BYU game against UNLV. We were really excited to go and watch a pretty competitive and intense game! We have really enjoyed going to the BYU games this season but I'll be honest we are not the model fans. We really stand out as some of the only fans in the student section who dont stand up, fists pumping every single time they play the fight song, which seems like every 5 minutes. We love our team and are so happy when they win, we'll let the crazy kids sitting next to us scream themselves hoarse! All in all it was a great weekend, full of relaxing and having a good time together.
