The Best Cookies You Will Ever Have....

I would like to claim this recipe as my own, it's just too good to be true, and too good not to be shared :) I was going to do a little post tribute to my sweet Paris but that has been put on hold. These cookies are highly addictive, I can proudly say I ate 5 yesterday, lets just say these did not last long in our house. So here's the recipe in all its glory, if you try them let me know what you think ;)

AWARD WINNING CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES

INGREDIENTS
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1-1/3 cups and 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Sift together the flour and baking soda, set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar. Beat in the instant pudding mix until blended. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Blend in the flour mixture. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips and nuts. Drop cookies by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven. Edges should be golden brown.

**The Rytting version of this recipe called for a little less chocolate chips, and No nuts. We didn't have quite 2 cups of chocolate chips so we substituted for a little mini reeses goodness all chopped up and squished into the center before baking. This recipe makes 36 cookies, we will be doubling it next time :)
